You may notice that the people I highlighted did not grow up in the same place or within the same faith community; nor are their lives necessarily characterized by faith in the same things. However, it is notable that they all believe(d) in the power of human connection (i.e., relationships) and in human possibilities.

Take a moment to also notice that their beliefs led all of them to teach.
