St. Patrick’s Day 2019
How many bird poses and songs by Irish musicians can I squeeze into a 60-minute class?
If you are a Twin Cities YMCA member (or a guest), please join me on Sunday, March 17th to find out. The Downtown-Minneapolis class starts at 10:00 AM. The Blaisdell classes start at 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
Unfortunately for non-YMCA members, I will not lead an “open-to-the-public” practice this year.
