Please join me for a 90-minute virtual yoga practice on Zoom today (Saturday, May 29th) at 12:00 PM. Use the link from the “Class Schedules” calendar if you run into any problems checking into the class. You can request an audio recording of this practice via a comment below or by emailing myra (at) ajoyfulpractice.com.

President John F. Kennedy was born today in 1917. Normally, I would do a class directly related to his work, but today’s class will be different. If you are interested, you can check out this post I wrote for the anniversary of his assassination.
