“Laissez les bons temps rouler!” It’s Mardi Gras, y’all! It’s also Shrove Tuesday and Maha Shivaratri, for those who are feeling more prayerful!! Many blessings to all!
Please join me today (Tuesday, March 1st) at 12:00 PM or 7:15 PM for a yoga practice on Zoom. Use the link from the “Class Schedules” calendar if you run into any problems checking into the class.
